Avoid Frequent HA Upgrades [Updated May 15, 2021]

Upgrading to core-2021.3.1 or any later version, including core-2021.5.3, is strongly discouraged. Versions from core-2021.3.1 onward have some unexplained bugs; the version I still run stably is core-2021.2.3.
